Throughout 2024 you may be aware that we have been making changes to our product codes. These changes have been made in order to continue our long term goal of providing quality stoma care products, improving supply, and addressing sustainability. Production of our products has moved to a new facility with brand new manufacturing equipment.
As we continue to change our product codes, phase 5 of these taking effect from 1st December, we would like to take this opportunity to remind you of all of the changes that have taken effect throughout the year.
There are no other changes to any of our products, it is only the product codes.
The new codes are reflected in the Drug Tariff, and all of the Dispensing Appliance Contractors and supply chains have been informed of the changes and provided with the new codes. Information has also been provided on our website, and via the patient support groups and journals.
There should be no impact on the ability to access products. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team.
